We try to record all gigs. However we keep the recordings only for a month. If you performed at the Wanch, please make sure you look for your recording ASAP. If you have trouble using this form or if you have issues with the downloaded file, please get in contact with us.

Sound & Length Notice:
The recordings are started and stopped manually. We apologize if your gig has not been recorded or is missing a part. If the video is not here at all, please contact us. If a part is missing (e.g. the first song), then most likely we cannot do anyhting about this. If you are an acoustic performer, the audio volume on the video might be very low. We cannot ajudt the recording volume for every artist indivudually. In case you bought the video and are unhappy with the quality, kindly contact us.
Technology notice:
The recording is done using a Zoom H4n Pro Microphone above the stage and a Sony Camera. If plan a performance at the Wanch and you have special requirements regarding a recording, you can talk to our sound engineer before your gig.
We are recording the videos in HEVC/h.256 codec. If you have sound but no picture, you likely need to download a codec pack for your operating system (see here for Windows). We generally recommend you use VideoLAN/VLC for viewing (any) videos
Pricing
Videos from May 2026 onwards: We now have minute-accurate pricing. Cost per minute recording: 6.- HKD. Minimum price: 300,- HKD. So all recordings below 50 minutes will cost 300 HKD, and longer than 50 minutes, they cost 6 HKD per minute exactly.
For for example. a 90 minute gigs cost (90min x 6HKD) = 540 HKD.
If there is anything wrong with the video, please let us know. It can happen that a video recording is overshooting your actual gig or being accidentally split into 2 videos and causing wrong pricing. We are happy to adjust for that. Due to the amount of the recordings, the system is fully automated and we cannot check & fix every video manually and rather give a refund when issues arise.
